STEP : Inquiry
Please provide the desired dates you wish to schedule, the number of people in your crew, and any questions you may have. Additionally, include a brief description or outline of your inquiry.
We are currently not taking any inquiries over the phone at your first contact. Please contact by Contact form or Email us at your convenience, providing us brief summary of the project, and requesting the meeting if necessary further. We will happily set online meeting with your team.
STEP : Brief Meeting
We will promptly provide you with a rough quote, availability, and terms. Once an agreement is reached, we will assign the appropriate fixer and crew tailored to your production requirements. From there, we're prepared to commence work for you. Online meetings can be arranged upon request.
STEP : Preliminary Production
Our fixer will conduct preliminary research and handle the necessary logistical arrangements for your production. This includes location scouting, obtaining filming permits, arranging bilingual local crews, sourcing rental equipment, and managing logistics. You can discuss your needs with us before your arrival.
STEP : Production Fieldwork
Meet with our fixer who will support you throughout your production, serving as your translator, location guide, and production liaison. Above all, enjoy your shoot in Japan!
STEP : Settlement
Cash
We accept Japanese Yen, USD, Euros for payment. For travelers on individual projects, we only accept payment settlements via cash or credit card.
Wire Transfer
Remittance/Lifting charges by the bank in Japan will apply. Upon your payment completion, kindly send us a copy of the transaction.
Online Credit Card
Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB are accepted. Handling fee will apply.
